My mom has passed away on Wednesday. Thank you all for this wonderful support forum

Postby BUD2016 » Fri Dec 01, 2017 11:46 am

Dear all,

My mom has passed away on November 29th. It was a very rapid decline.

Since her diagnosis in August 2016 I have read the threads on this forum (even dated several years back) almost daily. The wealth of information and support here people give to each other has been life saving for me and my family. Here I found information which helped us to navigate through this journey and stay sane at times, since just knowledge peopled shared here has been invaluable. And of course the emotional side of the journey of a caregiver, which I was twice now to both of my parents.

I have not posted much on this forum, but would like to remain the member of this wonderful international group and help others as much as I can.

Thank you all.

On behalf of my mother Valentina
