I've had that iud(mirena) since 2016 but it's my 3rd or 4th one. My uterus is tilted which is what made my iud look upside down on x-ray. It's placed fine. The ultrasound showed the tilted uterus. I had diarrhea and abdominal pain this morning. They say it's a virus but I think it's whatever is going on with my digestive system. They only did an x-ray which was obscured by gas, urine analysis and blood tests for inflammation.
