I don't eat red meet, don't really eat any protein apart from legumes, tofu, chicken about 1 x per month and fish about 3 times a week. I get all my carbs from wholemeal bread or pasta and I have been making and drying my own pasta so I don't need to make it so much. However I find that too much carb bloats me and gives me a lot of gas.
