The power of microbes

Paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2 were interesting.

Yeah, I really liked how 5.1 connected fiber and calcium intake with actual shifts in gut bacteria, it made the prevention side feel super tangible
55 year at the time of diagnosis, male
Diagnosed with T1,T2 N0 M0 rectal cancer
Total neoadjuvant therapy or TNT (chemoradiation followed by systemic chemotherapy)
Negative since Feb. '17
No surgery
Watch&Wait approach 8)
I don’t come much to the forum , so if this is not updated it means I remain negative!
Wish good luck to all!

The information in paragraph 5.1 made a strong impression on me also. Fiber and calcium show proof of being able to modify gut microbiome composition through functional changes instead of remaining theoretical knowledge. The information about prevention now feels more achievable making prevention seem possible.
