Red Light Therapy

Postby beach sunrise » Wed Mar 05, 2025 6:53 pm

Does anyone have experience with UVA/UVB/NIR red light therapy?
I want the neighbors to wonder if we've started a new business, a brothel...LOL, just kidding!

I’ve read that red light at certain wave lengths activates methylene blue and destroys cancer cells. The problem is the light doesn’t penetrate deep into the body

Markdale, I didn't know that. Maybe one day red light will be able to activate MB and other things. Why is everything so difficult?
I was thinking about red light therapy for inflammation, Vitamin D production and melatonin.

Thanks for the reading material. I've been researching this for a while and Jack Kruse popped up so I've been researching his perspective and knowledge on red light and folks on his blog. Sunlight is the absolute best, I know that but a substitute would be great also.
