Question: How do I retain vein integrity? I have been stuck 2-3 per week with bloodwork and IVC for 5 1/2 years now. I am forming scar tissue and losing good veins. I need to keep up protocol for 1-2 more years but can see I need help in this area to be successful for another year or so. I was thinking Mg would be good but not sure of dose/timing in regards to being stuck so much. Idk. If anyone has experience in this area I would love to know how to accomplish this to carry on without issues.

Sorry ... BUTT ...
all I can offer is some take away from many older discussions,
where folks were having vein issues, and the consensus was that having an injection port for that frequency of
inputs and outakes made the most sense for them.
AND it saved their veins.
