Hi folks, haven’t been on here for quite some time. Just reached 15 years of cancer free survival from stage 4, mets to liver. Quite a ride, thankful for the care I received at Memorial Sloan, the support from friends and family and a good amount of luck. It’s not an easy journey, but things are getting better with people being cured and remaining free of recurrence more and more. Stay positive, hopeful and don’t give up friends!

05/2023 CEA fluctuates between 4 and 6. Scans have been clear.

Just came to the site after being off for a long time.
Pete is also doing very well.
Still at Sloan. Sees Sandy and Trish since Dr. Kemeny retired.
Scans and bloodwork now every two years! We feel very thankful, grateful and blessed. I can remember how scared we were when first diagnosed. To all newbies here and everyone fighting like heck, keep the fight and I think the biggest recommendation we received was to get more than one opinion and ask LOTS of questions!
