Appt was good. Changing up a few things and adding a few things.
Onc is onboard with C60 in betwen IVC days. IVM bumped up to every day (with dose increase) instead of every 36 hrs.
Chronomodulated oral xeloda, no days off.
He didn't have advice one way or the other about oral DCA.
We will see what happens in a month and tweak it from there.
