Exercise (golf) with a power port

I assume you're worried about your swing pulling on the port...? I can't answer your question directly because I don't play golf; however, it might help you to know that swimming freestyle laps for 30-45 minutes has been no problem for my port.

I've been worried about pull-starting my lawn mower w/a relatively new power port (only a month or so). Encouraging to hear that a lot of swimming doesn't cause trouble!

Nor Cal,

I play 2-4 hours of pickleball most days
and disc (frisbee) golf on a regular basis too.
Have had my port for 3y10m with no issues.

And in the same Nor Cal climate as you :-)

No, it shouldn't be an issue. I go running every day and never had problems.

The problem that worries me is the power port itself. Read in this article that there are a lot of lawsuits filed against it because they're likely to break or cause harm to victims. That's what is scary.
55 year at the time of diagnosis, male
Diagnosed with T1,T2 N0 M0 rectal cancer
Total neoadjuvant therapy or TNT (chemoradiation followed by systemic chemotherapy)
Negative since Feb. '17
No surgery
Watch&Wait approach 8)
I don’t come much to the forum , so if this is not updated it means I remain negative!
Wish good luck to all!

I can't imagine there are many devises that go into the body that don't face class action lawsuits.

I did too. It would freak me out sometimes seeing the tube bend in the mirror when I was doing things such as pullups, but never had any issues.
I'm just a dude who still can't believe he had a resection and went through chemo (currently 13 years NED). Is this real life?
