Mine have usually reported my ‘background’ SUVmax but I don’t recall the normal number being noted.

Thanks for the support, Sunny and utahgal!
It's exhausting day in day out but as you know we got to do what we got to do.
To add, I broke my wrist and fractured 2 bones in the my arm plus a hip fracture 3 weeks ago. I tripped over a cord in the metal shop and bam the concrete floor was right there. I feel like I've been beat up in an alley , whew. I was the only one there when it happened and after the excruciating pain I got my thoughts together and first thing I thought of was the life alert commercial "help I can't get up" lol. Then I got so mad and said out loud "You aint getting in my body old woman. I will not lay here waiting on help" lol. It took about 30 minutes crawling on my side to get to the stairs then had to figure out how to get up the stairs (16 steps). I knew I was in trouble but being mad a a little cussing got me through that mess. All my mom had to say after laughing about the commercial was "Well, if you had a lil fat on you it might not have hurt you so bad." That woman ain't right in the head sometimes :)

PET/CT scan is all clear. Sending to Germany for their opinion on what they see. Waiting game is on again according to CEA and other markers. The scan does give me more time to beat it down as long as possible.

DH's onc always says, "we treat tumors, not numbers". Great news on the clear scan! I understand that higher than normal CEA values are worrisome, but I'll take a clear scan over low CEA any day!

It would be nice to have both though. I am thankful to have one measurement of disease not detectable so far. Gives me more time to limit growth and spread so I can be proactive faster if/when I need to be.
