Book Recommendations

Postby Irishmum » Sat Mar 11, 2023 4:12 pm

Does anyone have any books or podcasts they would highly recommend? I have read Radical Remission and N of 1 (which I highly recommend to anyone going through a cancer diagnosis). I also listen to a podcast by Kelsie Snow called "Sorry I'm sad" which I find helpful and meaningful, and incredibly inspiring.

I think many of us here have read the same books, some inspirational, some confusing, some that give hope and some that causes more stress.

Personally I quite like "Foods to Fight Cancer". It's an easy read, lots of interesting facts and great as a guide/reference (https://www.dk.com/us/book/978146545628 ... ht-cancer/)

My husband found "Anticancer: A New Way of Life by David Servan-Schreiber" insightful.
