Hi all, I’m continuing on the trial for the moment with tislelizumab added. Ive developed some severe shoulder pain and moderate hip pain which I assume is because of the pd1 blocker. I’ve had slight pain in these areas before but now it’s at point where im complaining about it, I know immunotherapy drugs can cause these problems but the pain is a lot. I might use this to get a script for celecoxib. After a year my nodules have remained stable.

Hey, this is a good report..STABLE!!! YES
The bone pain sucks. It can really knock you down. Maybe the celebrex will help.
Let us know how it goes.

Over the last few scans there have been small but steady increases in the size of 2 of the nodules, so we decided to finish the trial. They believed the trial slowed the progression for a while.
The oncologist believes surgery is still an option, I’ll have to go have a chat with the thoracic surgeon.
