Thank you beach sunrise. There are many fruits and vegetables which I can no longer tolerate since surgery. They cause severe cramping and severe diarrhea. Sudocrem seems to help soothe fissure. I haven't had the blood in stool for a while. I'm thinking it most likely is the fissure. My Gi's never responded to my email about the fissure. Thursday night I had severe cramping and nausea like I get during an ischemic colitis attack. Thankfully, no diarrhea. Still getting cramping which is always worse during my period. I get menstrual and abdominal cramps together.
