Dostarlimab for MSI

Postby MadMed » Sun Jun 05, 2022 3:38 pm

This looks good:
https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2201445

The NY Times article:
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/06/05/heal ... bitor.html

It's a small number, but 100% CCR is unheard of.

I unfortunately am not MSI but i would be thrilled if they got something working for MSI!

Is there any chance these results could carry over to MSS?

My Doctor has determined that if or when I progress, that I will do opdivo/yervoy even though I am micro satellite stable.

Ive yet to determine whether I will pursue that, or pursue car t in mexico or p53 treatment in germany.

Yes, there's evidence that MSS tumors with high TMB respond to immunotherapy:
https://ascopost.com/news/february-2021/responses-to-anti-pd-1pd-l1-immunotherapy-in-patients-with-mss-solid-tumors-and-high-tumor-mutational-burden/

TMB is rarely considered or determined, but it's becoming important.
