I have been reading up on nutrition. It seems that good quality red meat is not the culprit due to it being nutritionally dense but rather vegetable oils which are toxic to the body. Being vegan is not the answer in my opinion.

No offense, but I'd want to see scientific studies to be convinced of that, not an article from a website that promotes "healing arts".

I'm just a dude who still can't believe he had a resection and went through chemo (currently 12 years NED). Is this real life?
