Good luck. No particular reason you should be scared and this will get rid of the tumor. Of course there's a risk with any surgery but it's small. Recovery from laparoscopic surgery is usually quicker than for open, with less risk of complications (which is why they do it, of course).
Sorry to hear about all that angst over a coding error. It happens (I have seen lists of codes and it's daunting and there are many codes that are similar). Poor human interface design in my opinion, but it's what we have. What they were proposing didn't really make sense so good it got straightened out.
