My husband isn't on it, but something I do when researching clinical trials is google the name of the PI (Principle Investigator) to see whether anything has been published about preliminary results, including preclinical studies. In this case, it appears that the PI is particularly interested in brain cancers and mets.

His twitter handle is "cancerassassin1" for what that may be worth.

My wife was slated for this trial prior to her iTCR TIL trial in April 2019.. Her cells from NIH were sent to U. of Minnesota with our permission. But Dr Rosenberg @ NIH eluded they had some complications with the trial and shelved it for awhile. So she did two TIL trials @ NIH. Essentially it's the same Protocol as a TIL trial (NCT01174121), except they knock out the CRSPIR Gene that is potentially screwed up causing proliferation of bad cells, hence they remove the bad gene sequence, then..... introduce TILs with specific reactive neoantigens to attack those mutations.
