Hi All,

Has anyone used the suprep tablets instead of liquid for colonoscopy prep?
If so...
What are the differences symptom wise? Does it cause cramping? How large are the pills? Was it effective at doing it’s “job”?
Tell me all the things!

The pills were SO much easier than the prep. Like a million times easier. If you struggle with the liquid, ask your doc if the pills are available to you.
(nausea can happen, but I just took zofran a half hour before just to be sure) My doc. said that was fine to do.

A friend had to use the tablets, she said it was 12 pills two times. Was it the same for you ?

yes, it was 12 pills the night before, and 12 pills the morning of colonoscopy. LOTS of water with it
