Salty Girl, have you seen any benefits from it in terms of reduction in tumors? Interested to see if this treatment may be beneficial for me. Thanks

I lived in a community of Finish folks in the UP of Michigan. Fins love their saunas!! Their philosophy is if Vodka, Coal Tar or Sauna doesn't cure what ails you nothing will! Take that philosophy and spend as much time enjoying that activity as you can. I've certainly enjoyed some epic sauna's sessions. You haven't lived in my opinion until you've spent an evening drinking beer in a big outdoor sauna heated with a wood burning stove having 18+ mixed naked people at a time in there, going in mass outside periodically jumping in 3 feet of snow and running back into the sauna. What a rush!

I would continue using a sauna even if it did nothing but relax me and take the days burdens off my shoulders! Its a life style to be envied I believe.

Enjoy
