I'd say yes, unfortunately your feelings are totally normal!
And yes, you probably do need to find some way[s] to calm down.
Venting to people here, who totally understand scanxiety, is one good way.
Regarding your weight loss and lack of appetite, some of us could stand to lose 50 lbs and not be too skinny, others not so much. Obviously I don't know where you fall on that spectrum, but I do know that ongoing lack of appetite is concerning for nutritional reasons, if nothing else. Have you talked to any of your doctors about it? There are people here who can make suggestions, maybe medical marijuana?
