Lynch- Negative.
LAR 7/13/2016 in Seatle, Wa
Home 7/18/2016. SCCA did a good job managing the pain. Waiting lab resulsts

It’s hard to shake that feeling of being the “unlucky one,” even when the odds are technically in your favor. I was in a similar headspace, couldn’t stop running through worst-case scenarios in my head, especially late at night.

Therapy helped, but honestly, so did finding little ways to calm my system down. Music, walks, breathing apps, even trying different teas, just anything that helped me pause the spiral. Not for everyone, but I’ve known folks who found some real relief with something like the stardawg strain. Helps dial back the racing thoughts without making them feel checked out. If you ever consider going that route, it might be worth a look.
