My deepest condolences to you and your daughter.

Take care of yourself. The sadder memories will stay with you for a while, but eventually the good ones will return.

Extending sincere condolences to you & your daughter, your family during your time of grief for the loss of your DH. I understand your feelings re: hospice, hope they can provide satisfactory answers, yet I can only say the dying process is as unique to the individual as life is. It's all so traumatic to the survivors. I hope you take solace in knowing you were your DH's partner all through the five years of his cancer dx & he was able to be @ home in familiar surroundings w/those who meant the most to him. I hope you do check in & let us know how you & your little girl are coming along.

Best Wishes

I'm so sorry for your loss... I was researching information on here and saw that you were also in Hawaii... I am also in the same boat and wanted to connect with you and your DH... devastated to have missed...
Much Aloha to you and your family...
