You won't find it in the U.S. Many years ago, I vaguely recall there was a hospital in Toronto that was doing it or thinking of trying it, but I think they shut down the program. The benefit of going to Germany is that you're working with experienced surgeons who know their way around the technology because they've been doing it for a long time. Dr. Kerns operated with Dr. Rolles.
