You can PM Molly to get the scoop on that.
In past I have just mailed her a money order for Colondars and shipping costs, and all was well (she let me know the costs by email or PM.)

The credit card thing results from the Card company not being able to match the home address on record for your card (in Canada) with a "pseudo" processing address needed to charge through in the USA (as they don't recognize Canuck homesteads.) There are sometimes ways around this but often it is simpler to just mail it.

There's easiest way to pay through paypal, if there are problems with credit card processing.

I think this calender is truly a wonderful way to inspire and promote colon cancer awareness! These models are basically REAL people. Not the airbrushed skinny-marinks you find on the magazine stand. They're human beings with emotions and they've been through so much. I think these people should certainly be commended for letting themselves be photographed and we should celebrate the Colon Club's efforts to keep positivity and hope alive for those who are suffering.

@Emrose - Congratulations on having a famous hubby. He looks fantastic! God Bless him, you and your family this season. :)
