Are you taking your supplements correctly? (better link added)

Postby zephyr » Fri Apr 12, 2024 6:08 pm

Maybe it's just me but I get confused about which supplements need to be taken on an empty stomach vs. with fat, etc. I came across this Instagram live broadcast next Monday, April 15th. The presentation is being given by two licensed naturopathic doctors, one of whom (Dr. Coats) is board-certified in oncology (FABNO). I know them both well and have only the highest praise. The practice name is Naturopathic Specialists and they are well known and highly regarded in the Phoenix area oncology community, with their doctors often receiving Top Doc awards. Dr. Coats almost certainly saved my life a few years ago when chemo had completely wiped me out and I was headed down for the count. Here's the link:

Taking Supplement Correctly Presentation (better link)

For those without the Instagram app, here is a link that will take you to the actual presentation. I just watched it and thought it was a really good start to a new series. A fair amount is targeted to oncology issues. If it shows sideways on your end, no worries - just listen, there's not much to see except two doctors talking.
