My wife did one month of Stivarga ,4 pills for 3 weeks then a week break and then started the next cycle ,then into her second week her bilirubin count when up .. the Dr stop the Stivarga and giving her a month off the meds now ..see him the end of the month ..the bilirubin numbers are coming down ....

Just an up date on my wife 10 days into the second cycle of Stivarga (4 pills) stopped because of liver bilirubin count high ..dr. order an ultrasound test for the liver ..said bile duct may be plug??? See the Dr next Wednesday for test results?? not sure where to now with her treatment?????

My wife is on her second round of Stivarga (4 pills) ..dr visit Tuesday and blood work ..Liver Bilirubin count high ..Dr. said quit the Stivarge and order a Ultrasound for the liver... Question,,why the ultrasound and not Ct scan??? will ultrasound show tumors ?? or just better for looking at liver?...
