Re: Looking for next steps

It’s still semi-oligometastatic, so I would assume total (cryo, RFA, MFA) ablation (or, histotripsy)/SBRT for all liver/lung mets—along with or followed by maintenance Xeloda/Avastin—should be an option.

Re: My Mom

Beach, that was so beautiful—your words painted such a striking portrait of your Mom. What an amazing woman she must have been, what a great personality, and what a blessing to be her daughter. May her memory be eternal. Requiescat in pace.

Re: STAGE IV RC GUYS AND GALS

Congratulations on the milestone, Paige. I second Beach: it is a win against cancer and a beacon of hope for all stage 4's around here (my family member included). We have learned a lot from both of your posts, Paige and Beach, and your resilience is greatly admired.

Beach, I second what Green Tea said. You are one of the most resourceful and resilient members of this forum, so I am sure you will form a good plan of action soon (another surgery, SBRT, various forms of ablation?)

Rooting for you!
