Re: LARS. Any tips?

I have found that no specific food triggered lars. Some days the same food you’ve eaten with no issues causes you issues. I had the lars managed very well after two months reversal with the addition of Metamucil and Imodium before each meal and limiting eating after 5 pm. There were days of intermit...

Re: Beginning TIL Therapy at NIH Next Week

Super great news! Think about the positive now. You probably already know this so reminder that walking and a spirometer def helps get lung function back quickly. This will be my second vats IF all goes “well” The first one banged me up for about a month, but all things considered, wasn’t a big dea...

Re: Clinical trial botensilimab/balstilimab

My husband is hoping to get into a bot/bal trial next, now that folfiri and panitumumab have run their course. I’ll update on here if he gets into one. Hate that it is random and he could end up being assigned to a standard of care line. Hi Bpaint, It seems like some people are seeing results on th...

Re: ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT04553692

Thank you for the input praying for ccr. I guess I’m comparing the results I got with folfox after 4 treatments last year. I thought with the addition of avastin and this antibody trial drug there would be more shrinkage. I get how you were done with more soc chemo. Folfiri is very rough with radiat...

I’m sure this is a stupid question: is p53 mutation the same as a tp53 mutation?

Re: Clinical trials

L0729 - I think you mentioned earlier that your regular oncologist was recommending Guardant Testing for you. Is periodic Guardant monitoring "at every step of the treatment journey" still in effect now that your treatment is being monitored by the IGM-4888 clinical trials oncologist? I p...

Re: RELATIVITY trial

Hi all, curious if anyone has any experience with the RELATIVITY-123 trial? My onc is keen for me to give it a go. Phase 3, combination fixed-dose relatlimab/nivolumab, with Lonsurf or rego as control arm. I understand this is an established therapy for metastatic melanoma, and they’re looking to u...

Re: Clinical trials

Are you going to start a clinical trial this month?

I started the IGM8444 antibody trial last week and did receive the treatment arm of this trial along with folfiri/avastin. I like to look ahead at what other possible trials to do if I’m able down the line. The oncologist running th...

Re: Treatment advice

This trial has two possible dose levels, 3mg/kg and 10mg/kg. I don't know why they are putting you on 3m/kg. I did confirm today that it will be a 3mg/kg dose. That will not change. I will inquire about a 10 mg/kg dosing. I thought I was told that subsequent trials with this drug will include the e...
