i haven't done any tests for my children (daughter & son); my pathology says no defect in MMR, also i am on a queue for gentic test in August 2022.

Thanks Peregrine; your inputs helps a lot and I have seen some of the threads you have shared earlier, but will check it again.
Thanks ANDRETEXAS - yes i am doing it inconsistenly with walking (30-45 mins a day - 3-5 days in a week). But i will make sure i do it every day.

just hitting here to let you all know that I have crossed 1 yr now after my diagnosis and treatments. Recent MRI & CT scans all clear with CEA too.
I know this is just small acheivement , miles (years) to go. But spreading the positivity to everyone. Thanks folks.

got my CT scan result last week and no evidence of recurrence/disease. it is 1 year NED , a short achievement

quick question is - does acupunture helping neuropathy to resolve? off late, i started getting foot pain as a result of chemo and i am using Ralvo plaster. It is ok at the moment and sometimes it is not.

in my case - there is a good gap given between Chemo & reversal. My reversal is done on Feb 2022 & Chemo completed in Aug 2021 second week. Medical team would wait for the body to heal from Surgery & Chemo effects in general. Again it depends from a person to person
