HFS symptoms

How long after Xeloda for chemo radiation did you have HFS ? Does it go away ever ?
I’m dealing with Xeloda side effects and trying to figure out how long they last.

Re: Beginning Radiation/Immunotherapy Combination For Lung Mets

I can't imagine going through surgery and then having to deal with chemo post surgery for a recurrence! As you said, mop up and move on. Sounds like a great plan! I did a clinical tr...

Re: FOLFIRINOX mid treatment

Done with ChemoRad, the first 3 weeks were so easy I complained that maybe it was not working. oh boy, Week 4 started to be interesting, weeks 5 and 6 were agony. Going #2 has been aptly described as shitting blades . I'm a week out of that and it's still a struggle. I have no idea if it helped or n...

My friend was T2N0M0 in 2014, had LAR no chemo, no radiation. She's been clear ever since. She does have occasional issues with scar tissue ...

Re: Lung Abnormality/Nodule?

I'm not a doctor but i can share my experience. Did they explain what they mean by "abnormality" ? I went through a similar experience. A Dr read my CT and pointed out a nodule, the regular Dr that reads my CT had not. When we went back to him, he clarified that the nodule had been there f...

Re: Liver enzyme spike after adjuvant chemo

Same as Rock_Robester. My AST and ALT went up during but after chemo (3 weeks after) they were back to normal. Now going through radiation my CBC is outta whack, lymphocytes, MCHC and RDW are out of control but the oncologist says that's expected.
