My husband was on xeloda 2 weeks on, 1 week off. He suffered very bad HFS and occasional tummy cramps/ diarrhoea so he has switched to Teysuno. Side effects are much milder but still present. Well this new target therapy came out last year, wondering if anyone have tried Zirabev with xeloda?
This is a biosimilar drug from Avastin.

Yvette, as you can see from my sig, I have a KRAS mutation. To my knowledge, KRAS mutations are irrelevant to use of immunotherapies such as Keytruda and Opdivo/Yervoy.
