Re: Hair loss on Folfox oxiaplatin

On folfox I began to experience hair loss. Coconut milk as conditioner did the trick for me. It is full of vitamins and minerals. You might want to have your vitamin D and B levels checked.

Re: Last two chemos or covid booster?

Personal opinion here: No real data yet on vaccine, especially for cancer patients. None of my doctors had an answer for the tough questions I asked. I was only curious anyway as I would never get the vaccine. Surgeon did recommend the pneumonia and/or flu shot at appt last week. But flu shot only p...

Re: CAP CT scan results

Thanks you all! @utahgal7, Yes ma'am. I believe I would be in deep s*** now if I hadn't went the path of ADAPT+++. I concentrate on several different things and keep up with the bloodwork. Bloodwork is definite, doesn't lie or misleading/questionable. So far so good. Had bloodwork today. Trying to f...

Re: Treatments that target CEA?

My CEA is high mid teens. Thinking is cancer stem cells maybe or not. Anybody's guess at this point. I have been concentrating on using anti-virals, anti-fungals, anti-parasiticals (total detox on cellular level) along with xeloda and celebrex. Xeloda and celebrex to go after the cancer we can't see...

CAP CT scan results

Scan showed the probable inflammation in pelvis (SUV 3.9) from last scan has finally resolved. I researched, consulted with ND and Onc about it. The protocol we decided on worked thank goodness. It is gone! Bowel loop thickening is also resolved. No idea what that was about for the last 6 months but...

Re: Natera Empower Hereditary Cancer Test

Must be a different natera test than I had done.
The one I had Natera Signatera Residual Disease Test (MRD) included tumor sample plus bloodwork.
Insurance covered it. Out of pocket cost without insurance for the one I was tested on is $948.00 I think.

Re: HFS symptoms

IVC is what I give credit to for not ever having HFS. I also use burts bees hand salve mixed with vitamin E oil and sometimes I use coconut oil + vitamin E oil every day.
