Re: Bone density question and mental health issue ramblings

My rad onc advised bone density scan 6 months after radiation. I do not remember if he said also good to have after just chemo but knowing chemo affects bone then yes talk about it with your doc.

Re: Does FOLFOX turn your hair to straw?

IVC is good for your hair, natural hair products that don't have alcohol and other stuff that is counter productive. I use straight aloe vera gel for mousse/hair gel, avocado based or bamboo based shampoo/conditioner. I don't wash my hair every day like I use to. I miss that shower scalp massage but...

Re: Prenuvo

You are probably correct. After further study of it and asking for more info as a CRC patient about detection of mets I haven't heard back yet. The 7T MRI is the best I have found so far that beats SOC scans but its an experimental at this time for CRC patients so its very hard to qualify. Mainly us...

Re: Prenuvo

Heard about it and asked for more info. Email I got said it screens for over 500 cancers and diseases. Can detect earlier than other scanning techniques.

Re: Disease progression on Folgiri Avastin

Thank you, Cured for telling about your cancer fight. You are tough for sure.
It is an inspiration to all to know other options exist to help your body and chemo work better.
I hope I will be here years from now still telling about my fight like alot of you are.

Re: Disease progression on Folgiri Avastin

Chronomodulated made so much more sense for me so it's the protocol I follow. I take smaller dose of xeloda in the am then larger dose at midnight every single day, no days off. I have been on this protocol for over a year. Cancer is constantly replicating so it made sense to me to hammer it every d...

CV19 and IVC

If anyone is interested in IVC for Covid check with your local hospital and see if they are offering it now. If a dr Rx's it, insurance may cover it.
I know someone at our local hospital now receiving IVC for covid and it's insurance paid.
Just passing along info.

Re: On Folfox, just learned I was exposed to covid

I have been on high dose Ivermectin since May. I am not taking the vaccine. Been exposed twice and have not gotten covid, knock on wood. I am also on xeloda and high dose supplements and other anti-bacterial/anti-fungal rx's. So, good so far.
I hope you do not contract covid. Keep us posted.

Re: Abdominal Pain Since last surgery

LOL. it is alot of biotics. Go big or go home :) HA With CEA at 9.6 (YAY, congrats on the low CEA) I think you are in prime position for add ons to keep it low in order to stay stable below the double digit threshold. Ivermectin might be a good add on to keep synergizing the chemo for optimum cancer...

Re: Abdominal Pain Since last surgery

Do you take pre/pro/post biotics? They help to balance your gut biome and that in turn helps heal your colon. Like you I was fish gutted from breast bone to pelvic bone. Everything laid out and even flipped my liver looking for cancer. I knew I needed alot of extra things to help heal my insides aft...

Re: Post-colostomy sports

to mention, I talked with a nurse of a TCM practitioner who told me I should go see the TCM doc about the hernia. He might could manipulate it to put it back in place. I am very interested in his approach. He has done this and also turned breach babies among other things like dislocated joints ect.
