Agree with Peregrine. Be fimiliar with side effects. I have been on maintance xeloda for over two yrs and have not experienced any side effects so far. My dose is pretty high compared to some others. To keep gut optimum I would suggest Turkey Tail, pre and probiotic, maybe whey protein.
