A few things for me to add is I am 39, I also have cirrhosis of the liver caused by fatty liver which just makes me so unsure what chemos if ant would I be able to have. I received my pathology report from my surgeon I have stage 2 pT3N0M0 With G2, 0/17 lymph nodes but I did have positive for intramural large vessel invasion and perineural invasion both sound very scary and from what I read means high risk of spreading or recurrence. Surgery

I had my surgery Fri April 26 Subtotal colectomy, 2/3 of my colon was removed. My surgeon felt this was the best since I am 39 and it would hopefully prepare me for a long future. I seen the surgeon yesterday. I was thinking when I went in that he would think partial resection was enough but cause of my age (39) he said he rather do a full removal of my colon and attach the small intestine to my rectum. This might prevent more surgery in the future if at some point it returns...
