OK, for those of you who remember me exercise was always a topic close to my heart.
Talking of which I thought this article summed up the reasons, or at least some of them, that I run and did a lot more so since I got cancer.
I know that not everyone can do it but I found the worse I felt on chemo the better I did after I exercised.
I hope it can make some of those undergoing chemo consider things.
I was at my worst on rounds 7-8 of FOLFOX. I stopped exercising, I lost a lot of fluids, I ended up in the ER with a drip, and then after that I got back into exercising again (slowly) and I felt better the more I exercised.
I'm still here, exercising almost 7 years after stage IV diagnosis.
