Sending private messages help

Postby Rock_Robster » Wed Sep 25, 2019 5:47 am

I’m sorry to have to ask a tech support question here, but when I try to send private messages they just sit in my “Outbox”, and there seems to be no option to actually send them (my “Sent Items” is empty).

Can someone please suggest how I can make this work?

To anyone expecting a reply from me - I’m sorry but I’m working on it!

Cheers
Rob

The same thing happened to me! After a while the message moved itself from outbox to "sent", without me doing anything else. I did get your message!

OK great thanks Alexandra! I’ll continue to send and trust the system...

Just some generic info for you both. Usually someone just needs to login to receive the PM then it moves to sent
CRguy
New members need a minimum number of approved posts before being able to send or receive Private Messages on the forum, AND :

1. The PMs stay in your OUTBOX until the recipient actually logs in to "receive" them in their INBOX.

2. if ANY of your PM folders are 100% full they will not be sent and you cannot receive incoming PMs.

3. If the recipient has any PM folders which are 100% full they will not be able to receive any new PMs.

4. If any forum member permissions have been changed, members may not be able to send/receive PMs.
