Wife2jeff,

I sure hope this works for your husband!

If it doesn’t I would love for someone else to try the BioCleanse to see if it helps them. I just got home, been gone since 7 this morning. Taught a full day and then coached at a cross country meet so gone for 13 hours. Only went to the bathroom this morning at 6 and haven’t felt the urge to go since.

It would great to see if this can be replicated with someone else. I hate what this disease has done to so many and would love to help others’ QOL.

Well we actually will look into that too. When I looked it up I felt that it produced diarrhea not a normal bm is that the case? That was our only concern when you see "cleanse" you think of like what the colonoscopy prep does.

For me BioCleanse has not caused any diarrhea. It has just helped all the little fragments, that used to come out throughout the day, come out at one time.

I still have some trigger foods that I need to watch like dairy and high sugar foods. They tend to produce more clustering and my wife’s chili but that could be an issue even before cancer!

The BioCleanse is still of interest however there is no way I can get my husband to drink that much water lol. Summer maybe but not now especially with how his stomach always feels but I'm still going to keep it in the back of my mind for later.

After looking more into both now we are torn, the BioCleanse is expensive where would I find a plexus dealer?

It is a lot of water particularly if you aren’t naturally a water drinker. I was a pretty big water drinker before cancer but even I had to work up to it. I am not a coffee or tea guy and soda doesn’t sit real well any more so that narrows the options!

If you don’t know anyone and want to try BioCleanse PM me and I can help out.

Mike,

I try to drink 80-100 ounces. I weight around 175 or so and the recommendation is to drink at least half your weight in ounces a day. I have much less evening clustering and gas when I get enough water.

The combination of the BioCleanse, water, and I think the probiotics has really helped me regain a pretty normal life.

My target is 60-80 ounces a day, more if I'm doing a lot of cardio.

My current approach is showing some good signs - Slippery Elm and Nopalina morning and evening. I was only doing it once a day. I also only eat in the evening. I have been eating daily recently. I was fasting for 3-4 days a week before that.

That is great news Mike!

I am not sure how you have been able to manage with all your fasting. The whole supplement thing is quite the trial and error process isn't it. I am thankful I had a little more flexibility this summer so when I did have some off days it didn't impact too much.

I lost about 30 pounds which I wanted to do though not really aggressively. So there was a minor back-motivation.

The advantage of losing weight is that you don't need as many calories to sustain yourself. I would like to lose another 30 pounds but I'd look like a teenager if I did that. It's hard to get in the exercise that I'd need to do that working a lot of hours.

How many napolina capsules do you take in the am and pm? and also do you have to work up to that amount?

4. It’s actually the recommended dose on the bottle. I didn’t have to work up to it. I think that the amount in the capsules is quite a bit less than the powder form in the bags. I could never finish a glass of the powder.

Ok thanks, I don't think he would be able to finish the glass either at least in an adequate amount of time. He could but over hours, that's why capsules is the route we took. Ordered them. Hoping and praying this will help him get his bowels moving more regular without all the clustering. He had a very rough night last night. He was up several times with clustering.
