Yeah, I'm sure that MSK couldn't say that the diet worked unless there had been studies that they could reference. And of course the propaganda states that no one wants to orchestrate a study because there's no money for anybody in the results.
Aaaand of course we really wouldn't know how viable the diet was unless someone eschewed all other treatment and ONLY did the diet. And I'm sure it would be difficult to find a person like that. I just wonder if there's anyone on here who really thinks that it helped them. If so, maybe they have some tips on how to swallow it.
For me, it would have been easier to split the daily amount into four smaller meals. However, my blender wouldn't blend anything unless it had enough in it, and you're supposed to eat this stuff immediately after you mix it up. So I ended up having to go with two meals per day. I just saw the flaxseed oil in my kitchen cabinet today, and I thought that I can't even bear to use it as a salad dressing, or a cooking oil, or ANYTHING. That flavor is just permanently embedded in my memory. I reached to grab it and throw it in the trash, and then that little voice popped into my head, "What if this stuff can actually help you? Why would you throw it away?" So, here I am, asking about it.
