Congratulations. - My wife would have given you a big thumbs up. She was a long time runner - Joined her HS Boys CC team when there were no such thing as girls CC. Ran 5, 10K's and half marathons and was training for a marathon when she was diagnosed. The fatigue from Chemo ended her running. She tried to do a 10 K trail run about 7 months after her resection and between rounds of FolFox plus Avastin, but the trails were much more brutal than she thought they would be and she had to pull the plug at the 5K mark. After that she never ran again. I think this was probably the lowest part of her life prior to the end. Still; she remained active just no longer a runner. Ran and trained her dogs, rode her horse and judged field trial events to within a few of weeks of her passing.
To do it in the rain, pregnant is pretty amazing stuff!

CEA: good marker
7/7/14 CT Can't see the spleen Mets.
8/16/15 CEA Up, CT new abdominal mets. Iri, 5-FU, Avastin every 2 wks.
1/16 Iri, Erbitux and likely Avastin (Trial) CEA going >.
1/17 CEA up again dropped from Trial, Mets growth 4-6 mm in abdomen
5/2/17 Failed second trial, Hospitalized 15 days 5/11. Home Hospice 5/26, at peace 6/4/2017
