Not to throw a monkey wrench into the works ...
BUTT some of these values could be interpretted as actually up from lab normals
BUTT .... they need to be interpretted in light of your OWN lab's normals
in reference to your OWN medical situation ....
not by discussion on the forum here
sorry JMO
male versus female values will vary
age groups will vary
chemo patients will vary
I would not lose sleep over these values ... BUTT to simply say they look good
WITHOUT proper doc feedback is not where I place my faith.
Get the real feedback from your docs and let us know
we are here for you, and there is probably nothing wrong
relying on forum feedback for "interpretation" is NOT a sufficient response for an active cancer patient
While we all would wish to support you, we are NOT doctors and certainly not YOUR doctor
IF your own GP is interested and wants to follow up for you = GREAT DOCTOR !!!!!!
IF someone on forum says "looks ok don't worry "...... = not good enough
get your experts working for you
Your hemoglobin is perfect and if it was “low” it would be a concern.
Hgb is actualy a bit high and would cause other concernsElevated Bun usually means you need to hydrate more and it will be back to normal.
elevated BUN is a marker for a number of concerns NOT only hydration levelsRBC is Also good.
total RBC is actually a bit high which would be a concern for a number of things like polycythemia vera https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/hig ... m-20050858That is how I interpreted.
Are you her doctor ? / neither am I which is why she should consult her own doctor
I might be a bit of an asshole here ... not the first time nor the last time
BUTT folks who do not have the inside story on another's medical sitrep should NOT give medical interpretations of tests.
GIVE support = YES
BUTT please do not tell another member their results are good etc.
YOU have no idea of her sitrep
... mini rant over now
best wishes all
