Great news. I've been thinking about you, hoping everything was okay.
I recently had a scare too: a PET with uptake in the caudate lobe of the liver. I subsequently had an abdominal surgery, and along with removing a ton of scar tissue, my surgeon also took a look at my liver, did a biopsy, and it all came out good.
Seems with CEA rises, obstructions, adhesions, etc., there are a lot of bullets to dodge, but NED is NED, and "cured" looming in the not so far distance sure feels great.
