Went to see the surgeon today

Postby BeansMama » Tue May 16, 2017 11:55 am

She wants 2 more treatments and another scan. I go back on the June 27th.

She said Larry is getting smaller which is amazing, they are waiting for maximum response before they go in. If Larry gets small enough I may not have to have the Super duper surgery they are planning on, I may be able to have a standard resection. Which of course has a lot less risk involved.

Fingers crossed the Keytruda keeps shrinking Larry. I can't wait for the day he is evicted!!

This is HANDS DOWN the most AWESOME news. :D
First, you deserve it. It's about time they found something that is working!
Second, you deserve it. You've been dragged through the chemo ringer.
Third, YOU DESERVE IT!!! :D
Onward to that standard resection, or even Larry dying and disappearing altogether. GO, Larry, GO!!!

Hugs from me.
