URGENT!! Strong prayers needed NOW!!

Hello All,

I just got a call today from Ron and he told me he could barely walk into the clinic when they called his name to come back!

Then they did blood work and found that his liver is only functioning at a certain percentage. As a result they CANCELLED his 6 hour chemo today. He is waiting on finding out if he can get a CT scan there now.

PLEASE pray for him! I am besides myself with worry and fear!!

Husband Ron diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer on 3/15/16, right after first colonoscopy at age 68. Had surgery to remove tumor on 3/31/16. Many mets on top and bottom of liver that are not resectable. Started chemo 4/28/16 using Fluorouracil (5-FU) and Irinotecan. Started Erbitux 5/26 on third chemo. Had very good results on 7/14 CT scan!! Treated with Avastin and Capecitabine 8/4/16. CT on 10/18 showed cancer growth. Now on FOLFOX. Placed in Hospice in early December and passed away 12/29/16.

Primary tumor 9 cm x 7.5 cm x 2 cm
Beginning Folfox 1/2016 - Failed
Beginning Folfiri and vectibix 8/2016 — Failed
Beginning Folfirinox + Avastin 11/2016 - Failed
Beginning Keytruda 1/2017
CEA drop from 345 to 7.3 after starting immunotherapy
Lynch positive 3/2016

chemo: 8/2015 - 10/2016 - 4xFOLFIRINOX, 2xFOLFOX, 8xFOLFIRI, 10x5FU, HAI pump -12xFUDR
4 surgeries, complete pathological response
CEA<2 since 10/2015
NED since May 2016

Thanks everyone! I put in a call to the clinical trials department at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay!

I am DETERMINED to fight for Ron!!!!

Just got a call from Ron's onc's PA, Amber! Ron's CT today showed jaundice in his liver and he needs chemo ASAP. They want to schedule it for tomorrow! But the GOOD news is that there is NO obstruction in the liver, which is what they were looking for!

Thanks for the prayers! I have eaten very little all day and I am drained!!!

Mom Diagnosed with CC stage iv with mets to liver and lung
16 rounds of folfox - failed
folfori- some growth, some shrank
folfori+vectibix- failed after 4 months (scans came back with some growth)
currently- (oct12/16) stivarga (2 pills a day)

Stage 4b, liver mass 7.0 x 4.8 cm and additional lesions, multiple lung nodes
CEA 40.9
7/12 began Folfox, Neulasta, Avastan
CT 9/12 tumor shrunk 4.4 by 3.3
CEA 9.6
Continuing Folfox, CT scheduled 12/12.
MSS, neg lynch
Put Oxiliplatin and Neulasta on hold.
CT 12/12 Hepatic dome mass shrinks to 2.9 x 2.5, other lesions shrink, no new.
CEA 3.3
