Postby KWT » Mon Jun 08, 2015 9:50 pm

Im both ashamed and sorry for my comments on ru kidding. I hope you'll all forgive me as I care for you all. Regardless of religious or political differences. I'll work on it.

KT

I never get that whole US "freedom of speech" thing so for me I can't understand what everyone is all worked up about. Politics? No idea who is who is who in US politics and don't really care too much.
For me, the picture of you with no top on, showing your nipples, when rock climbing was pretty offensive, but I managed to forgive you as I am just that sort of guy.

I packed a sulk when I saw your skate board pictures as I was never a ramp person, and definitely into bowl runs and snake runs, and I also used to skate down the roads from the mountains near where I lived when growing up. However I stopped doing that as I got too tired when I had to climb up the mountains again...

I just think you need to start posting again and get on with things bro.

Sounds like a compromise was reached & the original thread reopened & that is only something you could do Kenny. Can never go wrong taking the high road for the greater good, which you have done. Appreciate the gonads, Sir. Warms my heart to see this.

Kenny - I think you were having a bad day. It happens. It just sort of snowballed. Hopefully some good things can come out of it like better communication when a mod feels something has crossed a line.

Kiwiinoz - no worries - Most Americans don't understand what Freedom of Speech actually means ha.

I love a good rant, rave, and I'm politically disinterested even in regards to my own country. You Americans can be a fiery bunch . One of my favourite lunchroom activities is winding up the yanks in our office! An couple of comments about gun control or oil + war and it usually gets fairly amusing.

Good on you for being a peacemaker though :)

Kenny, being able to regroup and move on the way you decided to do reminds me of why I want to continue being here day after day.

REAL people, dealing with real shit and keeping it real even in the face of adversity.

Both you and Vicki are to be respected for taking the tougher but better path, often the one less chosen..... BUTT the one which makes me respect you both.
It shows you both care deeply for this forum.

I want to be here with you as friend, and for you if you need my help.

I missed the brouhaha. I'm kind of sorry about that. I do enjoy a good shit fest while I am working out to keep my mind off my burning thighs.

Don't sweat it. We all have bad days. We all put our foot in our mouths at times. IMO no one has the right to not be offended on a message board. We all come from different walks of life and we are different. If I don't care for a topic or the tone of a message, I just click the back button and move on. We are all here because of cancer. There are far worse evils out there than an offensive picture or post.
