Sorry for the inexact language. I just had to concentrate on my yoga more after treatment. I still struggle a bit, but it helps a lot.

I do have slight joint and back pain right after treatment, but it has gone away after a few days. I just had my 2nd treatment today and getting over a cold. Symptoms seem to be slightly worse this time but no nausea yet.

Hi ritz
Glad the nausea is staying at bay. Some of the aches and pains while on chemo is from the chemo ! I'm glad your handling it well so far. I know when I had my first tx it was piece of cake. Second for me not so much ... Told my onc and he adjusted my dosages. The chemo starts to build up in system. Just keep very open communication with your onc!

So nice to hear from you!

I have had significant bone and joint pain since chemo (12 rounds of FOLFOX; 8 with OXI). Locations of pain have included right shoulder, left thigh, right piriformis, right foot, right hand, and my back has issues identified on my CT scans. I was much more active before chemo. I have used physical therapy and acupuncture effectively, and I keep using the stretching exercises I learned in PT. We live as far northwest in the lower 48 states as is possible and while we do not get as much cold as you would expect for that location (we live on an island and the surrounding 45 degree water keeps it moderate in the winter) we do get very cold spells and much dampness. I still have some neuropathy in my feet, but most of that has passed.

I like my onc, but he does not accept that these are post chemo issues.

All this talk of yoga has me thinking it might be a good way to improve my physical and mental health, plus give me something to do. I'm not a ' joiner' so if anyone could recommend any tv, online, or video beginner yoga shows I can do at home, I would appreciate it.
I currently have no joint pain, just overall mild fatigue and lack of muscle tone. I don't think I'm apt to injure myself doing it alone because I'm the type that if something doesn't feel right, I don't do it!
