Sharon, I had noticed your absence from the forum as of late & figured you were busy taking care of DH & kids @ home. Perhaps a change of scenery in Nigeria, spending time with family will help you in coping, especially w/the children after DH's service . There are so many things to think about & handle @ a time like this through great pain. Am glad you have friends to provide much needed support. I hope you do check in w/us when the opportunity presents itself. Hopefully soon you will find the right time to tell the children...so difficult.

My sympathies to you and your family

So sorry to hear this Sharon. I hope and pray that you and the children can some how find the strength to carry on. How nice that you were able to have him home for a few days and I am sure you did an amazing job of taking care of him. You found strength from your faith to help you through that and I am praying your strong faith will help you in the days, weeks, months and years to come. I hope your trip to Nigeria will help you to regroup and come up with a plan for you and the kids. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sharon,

With your other friends here, I am so sorry for your loss. Everything must seem very surreal right now. I hope the trip to Nigeria will bring you some peace, and the opportunity to let the children know what happened, so you can all go through this together. I wish you peace.
