F* cancer, I'm going on walkabout...

Postby skypup » Tue Oct 21, 2014 10:25 am

Yep, I didn't think I'd get another road trip, but I am getting a break in both pain and the intensity of chemo (bless my current docs, they get the QOL thing) so I am taking to the road and going to the mountains once more. It is a bit late to camp, but I'll get to visit my brother, dear SIL and miracle-baby nephew (and legal weed) in Colorado, then off to Santa Fe to see dear friends, then to Las Cruces to be treated by Dr. Berkson of LDN fame. I'll post how the latter goes as it unfolds. I'll be mostly out of touch for three weeks, but no worries. I am grabbing a bit of my old life, me and my dog and some audiobooks and classic rock and thousands of miles of roads and friends and family and mountains...

F* you, cancer!
