For Granny T and anyone who needs healing.

A Prayer Against Disease

Lord, Your scripture says that you heal all diseases and whoever believes in You will not perish but have an everlasting life. Strengthen me, Lord, in this time of illness. Sustain him as he lays sick in his bed. When You were on Earth, you did all things good and healed all kinds of sickness.

You healed those who had diseases. You died and rose for our sins and that we may have eternal life, Lord. I believe in my heart that You are here with us today and that with Your most holy power will remove all sicknesses and evils that roam the earth. Let it be done in Your glory, Lord.

We praise and glorify Your name, Amen.

I'm specifically adding those here that asked for prayer. I always pray for all on the CC but these are more specialized needs. May God bless you with peace even in this midst of these storms and comfort enough to be able to fight another day.

God bless ~

I pray for all of us to accept that His will may not be our will. To know, with perfect certainty, that our healing may come in Heaven, but not here in the way we would wish it, desire it, pray for it. Believing this is the ONLY way I have been able to reconcile my faith as a believer to the amazingly sad and heartbreaking losses in my loved ones here, the tiny babies I took care of in my work for decades, and my own personal losses. My Redeemer never died. Therefore, I don't live in any great fear of what will happen to me here.

I pray for everyone here.

Love,

Bev

Yes, truth is that we always must pray for His will and for our strength and faithfulness to endure all we have to endure.
Death is not the issue, my main fear is pain, here it is such difference when it come to the last days, months, without hospice.....it is the source of fear so i include all kind of things into a prayer, not just for me, more for others, we all had to be prepare to fulfill His will because He is the only who knows everything and why something is like it is, but still - as weak human being I always mention what I wish
Thank you for all links and prayers, as Lady G says - May God bless you with peace even in this midst of these storms and comfort enough to be able to fight another day.
it is so nicely written....

jacekica wrote:Hi! I pray everyday for all of us, sometimes by name, but always add - all of us, affraid that I will forget some names  although I am aware that God knows all what I pray for even before I open my mouth... Well, I need a prayer - I am stage IV now and on 6th, 7th and 8th of November I am at hospital for my first chemo - please pray for minor side effects so I can work through this, it is necesary for my sanity to work, not just for money part. I am without any pet for the first time in my life and my appartment is so empty and I have too much silence around me, so I start with black movie in my head.......
Thank you! jacekica

Hi Jacekica - We will be praying for you now for Cycle 3 -- 4th, 5th, and 6th of December -- that God will be with you and that His presence will help guide you through your chemo with minor side effects. Hopefully the chemo will be effective in reducing the number and size of your tumors and that you will be able to continue going to work this next month.

God Bless you!

tiggie_train wrote:Hi all, I'd very humbly ask to be added to your prayers. I am scheduled to have HIPEC surgery on 6th December after being declared 'inoperable' earlier this year. I am hoping that a successful surgery will allow me to spend more time with my dear husband and my 11 month old daughter. I was diagnosed when she was only 3 months old and I was 30 yrs old. This is such a cruel disease. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.
Sending much love & hope from down under.
