Hey there Ashlee. I saw this earlier but just got around to posting. Sooo loved to read your posts - both of them!! The news is fantastic...keep up the good work. Hey whatever is working is working so keep it up.
As others have said...consider yourself pinched. By the number of 'pinches' you're receiving, you should be a nice colorectal cancer blue by now :D

That sounds like good news! Hope you hear from your onc early this a.m. to explain those nodes that are not lighting up and give you the good news personally. I really am glad the Metformin is helping you. I don't understand how it works or why, but wondered if it might make someone who has a low normal BS move into the hypoglycemic range.

Ashlee, I know you're a Christian woman and would never mean to sound 'ugly'. Please remember that Fede only wants to help and part of his reason to be so vigilant in searching for answers is that he already lost his Grandfather to colon cancer, his mother to cancer and now is caregiver to his beloved father, who has Stage IV colon cancer. With odds like that, Fede well could be a patient instead of a caregiver any day now.

Truthfully, I've gotten some good advice from SAHM's (too numerous to mention), elementary school teachers (including Lisa42), an accountant (Kimby), College music professors (Justsing), a paper pusher (Clift and his 'term' for his job), an AT&T wireman (Bruins1974), etc. who've walked the path before me and were able to share what did and did not work for them. If only those with fancy letters after their name were to be allowed to share info, we might as well block all posts except for those from the handful of RN's and our Veterinarian.

So, embrace your joy and good news and let go of all else! Enjoy this day that you have been given and be blessed!

Ashlee, that's fabulous news!
Don't want to pinch you... so clapping you on the back, high-fiving you and jumping up and down! Oh yeah, and many hugs too. :D
